The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby services. The staff were extremely supportive and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast delights would have been a great addition to enhance our stay even further.

This place is great for visiting all the attractions in the area and there is a bathtub, making it a nice bonus - I would definitely book here again as it lived up to expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at Private Room Ensuite Uptown Waterloo - E5! The room was exceptionally clean and it was evident that the cleaning crew took great care in maintaining the property. The pincode entry made it very convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cool, which was a relief during the hot weather. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Waterloo.
